Job Description:	To generate and enhance the sales volume of MFA Branded Seed as well as brands distributed by MFA Seed Division in a given geographic area that is consistent with corporate sales goals and proportionate to the targeted market share. Assisting in selling a total package for the acre that also includes plant food, crop protection and precision agronomy in a give geographical area.
Qualifications:	B.S. degree in Agriculture or 5 years of equivalent experience required. Proven sales experience. Knowledge of seed, plant food and crop protection in order to make agronomic recommendations to customers. Interpersonal and sales skills required. Excellent PC skills including MS Office products required. Must have the ability to travel (some overnight) with company vehicle provided. Must live in, or, be willing to relocate to the sales area - Southwest Missouri (will work out of own home) Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds. Any other equivalent combination of skills and training.
