Job Description:	Assist selected retail locations in developing marketing programs for field crop inputs and precision farming programs. Provide sales assistance and agronomic advice through on-farm sales calls. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for MFA seed products.
Qualifications:	B.S. Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience required. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed during busy seasons. CCA (Certified Crop Advisor) certification or willingness to obtain. Basic GPS skills or the ability to obtain required. Sales experience required. General knowledge of Federal and State seed laws required. Agricultural background helpful, especially field crop production. Mechanical ability and the agility to maneuver equipment helpful. Personal Computer skills required. Any other equivalent combination of skills and training.
Salary Range:	Based on experience
